1. Agreement

By renting equipment or services from Joshuandico Co., you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Rentals

All rental periods, fees, and delivery/pickup terms are specified in your rental agreement. Customers are responsible for providing safe, accessible placement locations.

3. Damages

The customer is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including vandalism, tipping, or contamination with prohibited materials.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery may incur a fee. Event rentals require 7 days notice for full refunds.

5. Liability

Joshuandico Co. is not liable for indirect damages arising from delayed delivery due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Late payments may incur fees.
